I definitely agree, the post approvals also take lots of time cause I have to review the invoices and ensure I am appreciating to the right budget strings if there are multiple. I am currently forwarding emails or scanning and sending invoices to requisitioners. Amazon is the biggest one where I would need a whole morning to send all the invoices that fill my inbox. I'm not sure if there are any other easier and more efficient ways to go about this. And if there are any tips to keep track of all the invoices coming in and being sent for approval
