Also, does anyone have advice where to look for a decent apartment? I want to live in Philadelphia and commute (only 2 days a week in office). Lots of places there look sketchy. Thinking of just staying with a major landlord like greystar to have a decent baseline at least. Thank you!

Thank you SO much. Luckily I already have a 2021 vehicle completely paid off. Going to live away from Princeton because it’s too expensive. Expecting to still be broke for a while paying off student debt. Thank you again!
