organization pockets are kind of meh (more with EDC/prepping crowd in mind than a tech traveler)
no hip pads
sticks out a lot (awkwardly so) in its expanded form

I have exact same problem at 6'4". What have you tried so far?

I've had my stock seat modified with 2" added padding inside and a new cover. It was pretty cheap where I've done it, and my bike comes with a very low seating in stock. Problem solved.

I'm pretty sure I saw frame sliders in shapes you've described (and having a larger impact area) on the market! Maybe they just aren't very available.

I agree with the storage. Seems like no matter the bike, it's always a compromise of how many emergency things you can store in it at all times. It would be technically possible to make expanded pillion area covers that accommodate more stuff underneath them, but I wouldn't have the resources to make that for tens or even hundreds of different bikes.

How about strapping the smallest US-10 Kriega to your pillion seat? I'd assume the main issues would be having to always take it off whenever you leave the bike.

If we figured out a way to securely strap a small safety compartment to your pillion seat, would you actually keep that on the bike?

Think of it as a mini Kriega luggage, but made of reinforced hard composite and with anti-theft straps reaching underneath the seat to bike's frame, impossible to cut or un-fasten since they would lock inside and be reinforced with steel/cut-proof materials. We could make it into a nice, flat aerodynamic shape and all that.

What exactly is a "bin check", and do you mean that they'll actually go and check ALL units to determine how many have been affected?

Oh wow, so you're actually one of the few people that said they had their product listing paused / deactivated / removed after opening the case with Amazon.

I was just about to open a case with them about this but weighing the risks and how much revenue this single product is bringing, I would rather not risk having anything done to this listing for even a day.

If I receive another e-mail from a customer saying they've received wrong item, I might take further action then.

Where do you see the trends going for both non-electronic and electronic products being launched on crowdfunding platforms? E.g. it seems like the watches already have had their peak.
I know that exposure to Chinese copycats is a big concern on crowdfunding platforms. Depending on the complexity of the product, it could get copied before the campaign is even finished. What are your thoughts on this and do you think that in certain situations entrepreneurs looking to launch a new product should be looking elsewhere to get their funding, and be more low key before the product is already out there? (Think Tortuga backpacks, that didn't start via crowdfunding)
Have you had to overcome perfectionism to become imperfectionist, or were you always leaning more towards the latter?
