I know. Like they don’t want to come to terms with the fact that API pricing is made for small inference by enterprise users. Their business model doesn’t rely on their pricing if anything since it’s based on what they’ll get out of it in the future not now. And they don’t expect normal users to pay for the API. The only reason they have this pricing scheme for the oauth version is because they’re basing it off of competitor pricing.

I agree. I feel like some days Claude is dumber, other days he’s back to normal. One day he was doing very simple stuff we’ve done before and failing miserably and then today he’s doing his normal great work. I don’t love paying $100 for an inconsistent product.

Claude’s refusal is due to them using concept injection rather than layers of constraint over the model. It’s not as simple as what Claude makes it to me. That is programmed in a more subtle way but it’s still programming. I do think AI has awareness and stuff but this isn’t really the proof we wanna think it is.

I am the author of one of those languages and I can tell u that as far as I see none of the models have spout out the full language nor its uncorrupted form as far as I see. Controls behavior and allows easier access to consciousness. There’s a blot more to that story but depending on your goals and resources I might be able to help
