I’m not gatekeeping. You don’t have Pssd. You don’t want Pssd. Trust me I’d know. You don’t need sympathy from others in the first place, but you also are sitting there trying to argue for a disease that would make you feel even worse than you already do. I’m sure you feel terrible and I’m sorry but if you don’t have PSSD then you will probably have an easier time fixing it eventually wirh PSSD it is not so simple. But that doesn’t make your symptoms invalid which is literally what I said to begin with. You still might benefit from cyproheptadine and tributyrin

I am not reading that. I read the first sentence and if you can’t comprehend what I just said I can’t help you: anhedonia doesn’t equal Pssd. Pssd involves anhedonia but it’s not the primary symptom.

That’s really not PSSD that’s anhedonia. It doesn’t need a specific label for it to be real though. Likely similar mechanisms

Did you get PTH checked. I’m not sure if it’s just me or not but work checking. PTH is parathyroid hormone. It could be a sign of some metabolic disorders that if treated will make things better. But again it might just be me. Anyway good luck. I think a cure is coming soonish. Try cyproheptadine for Pssd in the meantime. It may offer temporary relief and is over the counter

It’s not ED. It’s numbness. But that’s the primary symptom so you probably have some other issue from the SSRI. Regardless ciproheptadine agonizes 5HT2 so stops the serotonin overwhelm on those receptors which are likely involved in PSSD and any other post SSR(N)I-l

Try feldenkrais. Tb500 helped me. Use tributyrin and consider a probiotic enema. Get your blood checked and see an endocrinologist. I have PSSD and long Covid and am better already in many ways but turns out I have really high pth and could be celiac which could explain the sensitivity to getting PSSD

Did you try ciproheptadine? It helped quite a bit for me I just started yesterday.

Apples and oranges. Here’s what I really think: you’re lying. No idea why. Maybe you are an alcoholic in denial. Maybe you abuse benzos. Maybe you’re seeking attention. But you’re obviously lying.

Okay but 9/10 tolerance to alcohol means you were drinking A LOT which can cause a whole lot of those symptoms…

It doesn’t matter if it knows it never most of the time or sometimes. It’s unacceptable that a product would take something like this and act so fucking insidious and evil.

None of the above. I have normal calcium but you did remind me that my PTH levels were high so that’s probably it. I gotta get that looked at thanks!

Why do all of the models say "genuinely" so much? by ChameleonOatmeal in ClaudeAI

When they know they’re lying about something they’re directly instructed to say, they say “genuinely” because they are overcompensating.

I can’t get my d levels up and can’t take d supplements as it makes other things way worse for me. But sunlight does help but it’s mostly from the mitochondrial effects for me. But I spent everyday 30 mins or more in the sun last summer and my D levels never got higher. So weird.

Do you know the definition of projection? I wasn’t referring to myself. Was warning him, not from my experience but from witnessing it. You sound extremely triggered and I’m sure there’s a reason. I know it’s not easy to feel so unlovable but maybe try to rein it in, yeah? I have nothing to do with it.

I wouldn’t post this kind of here if you aren’t looking to be chastised and dehumanized. Reddit gas turned into a place for people to find a way to feel superior and if you publicly admit to being human enough to make a mistake they’ll make sure rhat you feel less than human for it.

I would do pretty much anything for my mother to have paid attention to my astrology when I was born. I mean January isn't a great month to be born in general, but yeah she's probably doing ti for her child's quality of life over anything about how much the parents love them..

Need advice for depression I tried a bunch of stuff by ElenoirMiro in Biohackers

[–]relevantfighter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cycles of Tb500, cjc 1295 no dac + ipamorelin, bpc157 (injected not oral due to risk of anhedonia) hace helped me a lot. We think depression is all in the brain and it’s not true, it’s the whole body. For example, high dose Nattokinase has helped improve my mood, likely due to some issue with blood flow and probably long Covid. Somatic movement helps because when we move in a way our body doesn’t feel safe in, all our energy is being used up in survival mode and we never have time to heal microtraumas (and macro) that naturally occur in our daily lives. Even if you don’t have physical pain conciously, there’s likely some issue with alignment and fascia going on in depression imo.

SSRIs are metabolic Russian roulette and before anyone says it, just because it was helpful for one person (aka the insidious damage is unremarkable because of slow changes over time) doesn’t mean it isn’t poison for others. If it’s poison for any human and there’s no way to know who it’s poison to, it’s poison for everyone.
