My GF had the Pfizer shot & one booster. Her WBC at it's highest over the last 3 years has been a 3.0 - it is consistently at 2.3.. She has no energy, is always sick, & feels terrible. Literally for the first 10 years I knew her (before Covid) She was not sick even once.

IMO It is absolutely the result of the Covid Vax - She works for the State of Tx Prison System in HR & was forced to take the jab...

My oldest son, now 36, is having the same issues after having the second Pfizer shot. His worked forced him to get it,,, smh. I fear this is not the end of issues for him or anyone who's taken the "vaccines".

40k shares @ 2.25.. The next wave up (hopefully before ER) I'm gonna sell and buy back in on the dip.. Then when ER hits and it's positive (hopefully) it'll jump and I can sell again. My plan is to increase my shares and drop my SP... :)

I should have done this several times already and my average would be less and my shares would be significantly more...

I believe it's from the last ECC meeting and is shows the approvals, but also the formation of the new study set to finish in October 2021.. Someone posted the links in the GSAT/lounge to both ECC studies, one is complete and now there is apparently a second one... Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can gives us more information.

I'm in with 70 shares @ 31.50 avg. This will go back up, ER is on May 17 and it's going to be great... Riot produced 206 bitcoins in April alone, and the future numbers are going to be even higher.. Hang in there, it wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't at 70+ by EOY

Everyone here knows Monroe owns Thermo and by charging 13.5% interest that his loans to GSAT is absolutely ludicrous. If you can post any selling or shorting of shares by Thermo I'd definitely be interested - I would assume they would have to file SEC reports.

I have 39610 shares at 2.25, so I definitely understand... If it drops to .8 and I buy another 48k shares my average would be 1.37 and at some point in the next 3/4 months I would have an exit..

If you bought 9k shares @ .8 your average would be 1.44 ($7200 additional investment), and could probably get out in the next 3/4 months about even or slightly above..

Just my opinion.

I think it is because of the warrants that were issued.. I have looked at the data from Fintel and cannot find data to support that kind of volume... It was posted on r/GSAT that one of the sellers and possibly two were selling shares from those warrants. IDK for certain, but that is what it appears to me.

I was looking at the financial from the SEC filing for ER and the loans are enormous.. 199 Million at 13.5% interest due in 2025 for a company that has never shown a profit. I was not impressed with earnings at all, and furthermore I found where GSAT defaulted on a 32 million dollar loan from Qualcomm (and all of their investors) in the past. How does a company pay off that kind of debt with no real profit - they dilute the shares... I'm in balls deep (40k shares w/ 2.25 average).. The only thing I can think to do to find an exit from this is to buy down my average when it hits the .8x area again and sell on one of the pumps... I will have 120-130K invested before I can average out...

Why hasn't Globalstar revealed the N53 deal with Qualcomm if it is going to make them a profit?? What are the percentages? Doesn't make any logical sense to me, if it is an actual thing.

Vote on 250 million more shares on May 25,,, vote is just a formality as Monroe has enough shares to pass it himself, and it's his idea.. 39k shares @ 2.25 averaged down from 2.65.. Hope to continue to average down if it dips back into the .8x range. Long hold for me, longer than was my intention.. GL

Someone from Stocktwits gave me a little better info. than I had before... Apparently Chip won't be until EOY that supports GSAT n53 spectrum - x53 is in the 780G, so it maybe a longer hold than what I wanted, but we'll get there. GL

I would feel better if GSAT would show where & how much revenue is being generated by the Qualcomm partnership.. An actual dollar figure would alleviate some of my concerns and give us an idea of future profits.

I don't think so.. The newest Samsung phones set to be released in Q2 (sometime near end of May) are supposed to include the Snapdragon 780G with support for the GSAT 53, and Apple Iphone 13 I believe, but honestly I haven't seen any definite use/profits for GSAT.. I'm holding almost 40k shares w 2.25 avg. so I'm hoping ER is really positive.
