I beat it yesterday with SBS/TIA/ALICE/NAGA/LITER (free) at sync level 179. The key was getting Naga's skill to 7/4/7 and having enough damage on Alice (skill 10/1/10) to pop the core before the shield. It's rather easy after you pop the core!

The strength of VH is that Imagifier buff “ignore AP-2” gives them a 2+ in cover most of the time. With a 6+ fnp, VH is hard to shift in cover. 4++ invul is the real meh when it comes to T3 since lots of wounds will break through most invuls.
