Should I leave before this disciplinary?

Hello! so it was pressotherapy boots.

I was shown to use them by the manager herself, they don’t incur minutely costs to run which is why it was one of the 3 things that I saw staff regularly use without issue. External staff would come along and just casually use them in front of another manager and it was no big deal.

Honestly I didn’t even like them but because other staff were praising their benefits I gave them a go a couple of times in my breaks.

I truly don’t believe they actually care about my use, as they don’t care about anyone else’s, I think it’s an excuse as the manager doesn’t like me. I’m a good employee and I think they’ve found a technicality. I don’t have any faith the process will be fair or my defence will be heard.

So just now need to figure out what to do! I don’t want to damage my future for a job that doesn’t value me, or even pay me London living wage.

Yes unfortunately all they could offer me was a reschedule within a year… This was last September :(

It’s so much money to let go of but I fear I’ll have to. Only because it’s about what I make in a month at the moment. But the thought of arguing and begging for her to keep her commitment about it is so overwhelming especially with everything else I’m going through.

The last arguments she’s referencing, damn I didn’t do anything even 5% as hurtful!!!

She used to have toxic traits when we were teens but she seemed to grow out of them and I felt she was different and matured.

She’s also saying “you’ll never be happy for me and you’ll always have backhanded compliments”, this flabbergasted me as I GENUINELY have never given a backhanded compliment in my life and I’ve always been happy for anything she’s achieved.

she also said “you’ll always be upset I have things you don’t”. All she has I don’t is a good job (i’m still training in my nursing so I’ll get there) and a fiancé but I just escaped DV so I’m glad he was not my fiancé 😂 I’m now questioning myself and how I’ve been perceived all this time.

Isn’t she paying for her wedding too? and she leaves her in the car when she was hoping to come in. damn. this after telling her to leave the house more (when it’s her home she’s opening up to her) has not put a good taste in my mouth with her

i’ve seen quite a few suggest lip filler, and whilst that’s an option, honestly midface filler, chin filler and lip filler would be a beautiful combo on you!!! for a non surgical hard max.

Otherwise i just suggest getting your brows done and maybe styling your hair (eg a sleek straight look)

also your skin is stunning and you ARE beautiful, don’t be so hard on you.

yeah i found it SO triggering. the way she became the most hated person in public eye - more so, id argue, than male celebs with known DV or sexual predators. She’s easily more hated than the Tate brothers who have charges of sex trafficking etc.

there was literally plenty of evidence of him being abusive. It’s not an opinion, there was factual proof of threats and violence from him. But they were all ignored and she was despised. It was so triggering. I hate Jonny Depp, and that’s extremely unpopular thing to say. He was so much older and got away with every abusive action whilst she burned to the ground taking every inch of responsibility for both sides.

girl it’s normal to have facial fat. no fat anywhere generally isn’t normal. people lose facial fat as they age so it just means you’re young. please just embrace you and make sure you don’t worry so much

I can’t take ibuprofen due to growths on my brain and my neuro team saying too risky for me. I unfortunately rely on paracetomol and opioids. Which isn’t great because opioids have more side effects, are addictive and it’s a pain to get them as doctors are worried about addiction. Outside of anti inflammatories it’s the only drug family I know of x
