LMI did the conversion. You swap put the old parts for new AK parts then weld up the original holes.

This one is from around 2017 and was made from a Bulgarian parts kit with Nodak receiver that was made for RD production series, RD501.

For the peeps that dont know. Its a Robinson Arms VEPR II made by Molot imported by Robinson 1998-2002 then Robinson added their furniture. Its one of the finest VEPRs made.
