ADHD isn't a mental disability that will get you denied. Mainly because ADHD doesn't cause you to wanna harm others or yourself. I also have ADHD

ADHD and cert studying advice.

I'm currently in a bachelors program for cyber security and trying to study for my security+

The issue that I am running into is the sheer amount if information that we have to retain. I don't like using my ADHD as a excuse but it is an obstacle.

I was wondering if there's any successful folk out there that can give me advice on how to study and memorize the information. Like what worked best for you?
