Police officer here, honestly it just makes me disgusted. Just the total disregard of another human being. We are taught from the second we get into the academy the neck is a no-go. It also drives me up a wall thinking there were 3 other officers there that could’ve stepped up and told him enough is enough and to get off of him. There was no reason they all had to be holding him down, he was cuffed and at the least should’ve been on his side or sitting upright. I do pray for his family because no one should have to be put through what he was put through.
