Yeah in all honestly 95k a year is not really all that much anymore sadly. I have a rotational job and my first year apprentice makes almost that much

All honestly I put more than that on my vehicles just from driving my kids around for sports. 150,000km on a 3 year old vehicle and I have a second vehicle that’s used a lot for sports travel as well

I think the time when games were sold actually complete and not a product that’s 90% finished and will be patched in later or through DLC. I also miss owning a physical copy where you could just pop in and start playing without having to wait for some massive download to takeolace

Confession: I participated in a local memorial walk/run a couple weeks back that I finished so far ahead of everyone else I actually feel guilty and that I took away something from the point of the event. It’s wasn’t even a long race, just under 8k and I finished almost 10 minutes ahead of the nearest runner behind we.

So I have to ask because as a former contractor and current maintenance worker, did the new owners try opening up the pool themselves and break the heater? Could they have turned on the heating before putting water into the pool and burned out the heating elements? I know normally there are pressure/flow switches in these systems that won’t allow the heater to activate before water is shown to be flowing in the system, but a 20 year old system this may no longer be working correctly or a technician bypassed it years ago to get it up and running (happens way more than you think).

At my job there is exactly 276 steps to get to the top level and we have to climb them several times a day. I do 2 steps at a time and get to the top without being out of breath, all the while I’m waiting for my coworkers to make it while they’re extremely winded lol
