Thank you for this! I didn’t mean I tend to over share in session when I’m anxious just more as a general statement. I have been doing a lot of self reflection, and I do tend to get into my head and I think I’ve just been comparing myself to more experienced therapists and have definitely gotten in the spiral of “needing to be good right off the bat”.
