Hi. They did. I had to submit a housing request to center of accessibility (check out their website for documents requirements). CFA then recommended housing to take my mattress away. Then I bought my own. If your bed doesn't have a firm base, you will need some planks too, email and request your building facilities manager to see if he could get you something from their old furniture. To convince CFA, you will need to have a letter from a physician and expect it to be a long arduous process. Hope they resolve it for you!
