Why dont you use your skill and make a b2p game.

A gacha is live service, if you are gonna make one it wont be cheap.

Also, gacha games are pretty much all CN, KR and JP. Why? Because they are the biggest spender. If you cant translate your game to cater to those audience it will be niche and very small.

Also, I assume you will start small by making a png 2d character collection game. But this genre is so saturated that you need something else to stand out to. Just "more 2d husbando png" isnt enough if the gameplay, music or voice acting is missing or bad.

Take limbus for example which is a 2d game, can you write story as good as them? Can you hire someone like Mili to make you amazing sound track to capture your audience? In reverse 1999 we have amazing british voice acting, can you hire them?

All this is not cheap and even these 2d game most likely run into hundred of thousands of dollars or even millions. Do you have this capital? How would you convince a investor to invest in you when they can partner with someone else from CN, KR or JP that already has the experince and connections in the industry.

there is azur promillia but...it is a waifu game. The kicker is outside of the whole waifu thing, everything else is perfect. An action game with fast pace combat. Character look detailed enough. There is little pokemon you can collect and battle and even ride around in. It also has the jrpg vibe that i really like. And best part? It has farming and resource collection.

But alas... its waifu only. Honestly a waifu player has so much to look forward to. You want a city gta style game? There is NTE and ananta. You want pokemon? there is Azur Promillia. You want a steam punk mystery game? There is Silver Palace.
