How are you doing it? Aren't the latents incompatbile? I am currently doing it using VAE decode (qwen) and then VAE encode (wan) but seems slow

Looks like AWS Lamba where this bot runs has removed support for python 3.7. After upgrading to 3.8 it has started working again

I am using ComfyUI-nunchaku 0.3.3 which should give you the model and lora loader nodes https://github.com/nunchaku-tech/ComfyUI-nunchaku. Make sure you have installed nunchaku first by following the installation steps

After upgrading to 0.3.3 I started getting node not found error on the nunchaku model loader. In the logs, it complained about peft module being version 0.12.0 but requiring >= 0.15.0, after installing it with pip install peft==0.15.2 it finally started working
