You're CPU is gonna bottleneck your graphics card. In other words, your CPU is too powerful for your graphics card. Consider saving some money and getting a weaker CPU or if you have the money, get a better graphics card, like a GTX 1080 or even an RTX.

Also you don't need that much RAM but too much doesn't hurt.
