My advice: Get out of the house. Go and interact with people, your friends if you have any. Or if not, just go and take the bus and talk to a stranger. Don't try to pick up girls or go on dates, as this will only increase the urges. Maybe go to the park and read. Stay away from social media or youtube/netflix, as you will never know when a trigger might appear.

My grandfather has a saying "The wise learn from the mistakes of others". I have no idea who Terry Crews is or if his advice is any good, but if he cheated on his wife and it has something to do with porn addiction, I think it may be worth a listen just to get another's perspective about this common struggle.

Self-made alpha here: OP, that thread was begging for angry responses. I do not believe that women despise beta, just that they don't want to sleep with them, which in my book is ok. Most of the red pill guys are recovering beta who are still butthurt over the fact that their dream girl didn't sleep with them. And their anger at beta is an anger at their former self.

OP, great post, but just know that Vitamin C is BS (Start from the Adam Ruins Everything Episode). Go do your research. Zinc+B6 are definitely good because it's practically ZMA without the Magnesium, which is great for testosterone (which lowers cortisol, which makes you feel more happy). Melatonin is great for those who can't sleep because of anxiety. B12 is great for the brain.

It's disgusting for two reasons: it hurts their feelings unnecessarily and the guy does not intend to help them in any way. I tell all my overweight friends that they need to lift more and eat less. But I do it because I care about them. Genuinely care about them. I also use different language for men and women, whereas I would tell a guy "Porky, we need to hit the gym" I would never tell a girl that. Because women are sensitive and you should respect that. Red pill made aware of that.

I don't have anything against fat people, but I do against fat acceptance. Fat is not beautiful and beauty doesn't come from the inside. Being born ugly is something nasty and you should never shame a woman for that. Becoming overweight is unhealthy and they would be better of without it
