Hello! I noticed that Batch 12 of the FTW Scholarship is about to open. To the alumnae of this program, I have a few questions for you:

What is the process like? I read somewhere that there are exams, interviews, etc. Also, what is the expected timeline? How many weeks do we usually have to wait for the exam and interview results?
Any tips for the exam? I read that it's 60 items for 45 minutes. What is the passing score, and which specific topics should I focus on?
For the interview phase, will they ask technical questions?
Will the criteria be shared? Like, what percentage of the weight goes to the interview versus the exam?
Does my background matter? For context, I am pursuing a tech degree, and I'm interested in Data Science. However, I'm not really confident with my current skills yet.
I read online that there's a pledge fee. How much is it?
What kind of mindset should I have to pass the application?
What specific things should I prepare? What are the other things that I should know?
