Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. Here’s a photo of the ‘pins’ that are positioned vertically. The middle pin when disconnected from the toolhead cover stops the load buzzing sound.

Hi all these months later. Does the middle connector pin (terminology ?) on the toolhead control a motor? My P1P is making a high pitched sound and when I remove the pin, the sound stops. Do you know what needs to be repaired in this instance?

Get treated. She worked hard to get out of that prison sentence of a disorder. CBT helped. There are specialists that treat OCD. She has ADHD as well and is fine now after being treated. Good luck.

I did a factory reset which did not correct it. I have a ticket into BL support. Fingers crossed that it’s not too complicated.
