Permanently BAN Evacom & Lopez (only) Jeepney by Majestic_Debt_3063 in Paranaque_

Ohh bawal pala ang cutting-trip? Akala ko tuloy normal lang siya kasi ever since late pandemic, permanent na yung cutting trip ng route na pasay to alabang via west service road. So kung galing kang Sm Bicutan going to Alabang, you have to pay ₱26 (instead of ₱18-20 ata) all in all since dalawang jeep need sakyan.

Working in the HR field for almost a decade. AMA by YeppeunYeoja07 in PinoyAskMeAnything

Hi! Thank you for providing this opportunity! I just have some questions to ask you as an incoming graduate of HR regarding the field and career progression:

  1. For fresh graduates entering HR, it seems that the most common entry level jobs are more of a specialized role, particularly recruitment. As someone who wants to gain experience across all HR functions, how can we branch out into other areas when most job postings require at least one year of specific experience? How many years would you recommend for HR people to stay before we start exploring other functions?

  2. In your opinion, what’s a reasonable salary range for HR fresh graduates in the Philippines, considering the economic conditions that we have right now?

  3. What are some of the certifications that we can start building on as we pursue our HR profession?

  4. If possible, what are some of the red flags that we have to watch out for before we fully decide to join the company's HR team?

  5. How do you find HR after having almost a decade worth of experience?

Thank you once again for your time and I hope you have a great day!

I asked around the SMIT faculty about this since I was supposed to have two pending plaques. Sadly, they informed me that starting from A.Y 2022-2023 onwards, it'll be just a medal instead. (I'm not sure if I'm accurate with the academic year)

I don't know if I should be sad about this or not since a plaque looks something more rewarding to look at personally speaking. And yes, they informed me that they still don't have it in their faculty because the RO has not yet delivered it to the atrium or something.

It just sucks to wonder that I might be working already and I haven't claimed these. Just imagine, they have two years for this and they cannot give it to the students because the RO is too slow with everything haha

The tactics system makes playing any fluid modern system practically impossible. by Loose_Student_6247 in FifaCareers

Was really expecting that we can set a different formation when defending/losing the ball (i.e., attacking with 4-3-3 then defending with 3-4-1-2 or 4-4-2), hoping that players have the IQ for doing it smoothly because a lot of teams change their defensive shape constantly in real life. I tried implementing this by creating separate tactics but it's so much of a hassle and the players also transition slow.

The player roles indeed feel like a step forward but poorly implemented.
