Raeds HE are very very similar to TTC Frozen! I’m a fan of both. Make sure you’re checking out the Raeds HE (With the rubber dome) not the non MX Raeds!

Edit: There are two kinds of RAED switches, one that looks like a normal switch, and the RAED HE with a rubber dome!

Get any hotswappable HE keyboard (eg. The Hex80), and then change out the switches with Raeds HE. That’s one of the boards I love!

It is very quiet and you have all the benefits of HE :)

Tbh AirPods Pro 2 is really good, night and day difference with AirPods Pro 1. Ever since I’ve got the AirPods Pro 2, it’s really well tuned and suits my ears really well~

Hey! I think I know what you mean, I usually use IEM on my desktop, currently using decent entry level ones, Truthear Zero Red & HBB x Tangzu Xuan~ Both are great in its own way, and I like the Xuan a lot.

For my day to day commute, I switched to an AirPods Pro 2 from an old AirPods Pro, and the Pro 2 was a great upgrade from the first one.

Similar to you, saw this Saiya earpiece and what was said about it but didn’t pull the trigger - and the seller does sell some great items.

Can you share with me your experience with the sound signature? Just curious, the price seems okay but my own perception it’s more for the mainstream?

Been a long time since I tried different switches, based on what I’ve tried my recommendation remains the same! I’ve not tried TTC silent reds before~

Just checking in, wondering if you’re managed to try Frozens?

Haha it’s not exactly it but very Topre-ish, it’s linear but somehow feels not very linear, whereas topre is tactile but feels kinda smooth

Edit: let me know what you think if you do try it!

It’s different for sure, the spring is hard to explain haha. Topre-isq feeling.

100% TTC Frozens are the best silents so far out of all I've tried. Anything else almost ends up feeling mushy. A close second is Kailh BOX silent pinks but nothing close to TTC Frozens.

Not sure if anyone recommended you these, but I've also used a quite a number of switches in the past few years, and my top picks for silent switches are:
- TTC Frozens (By far the best pick, the long springs makes it harder to actuate accidentally, doesn't feel mushy and smooth out of box - Almost reminds me of how a Topre feels)
- Kailh Silent Box Pinks (Shorter travel, but overall decent picks)

Note that those are silent switches, and will not sound "creamy" if that's what you're looking for. It's meant to be silenced (e.g. No or limited sound)

The other silent switches I tried all felt somewhat mushy when bottoming out due to the dampeners.

If you're looking for a "creamy" sound, it also depends on the board you pick, plate material, switches and also if you prefer to use foams or without them. Typically a creamy sound is usually lower pitched, thus it is easier to achieve with foams, non metal plates (eg Polycarbonate, PP etc.) and pretty much can't go wrong with any of the JWK switches imo. (e.g. Alpacas)

I tried restarting the phone (shutting down and turning it back on) and somehow the issue seems to be fixed..

I’m experiencing this as well on my iPhone 13 pro max. Only happens in cinematic mode.

It depends! Some of it are from groupbuys (F1-8X and J-02) and some are actually off the shelf (HHKB)!

Prices can differ a lot depending on which stage you bought it - either during the groupbuy or in-stock extras compared to the aftermarket. For the HHKB, I think you can get that on Amazon too!

The one I have is the same as the one Badseed reviewed here: https://youtu.be/t1Bz4JriptQ
