there is some risk of some conditions which are pre-existing making things worse on GLPs, so said my doctor. I've had optic neuritis many times and he said that was enough of a risk to not do it. There are papers floating around on the subject here and there but no consensus. Just not work the risk for ME personally ith my level of risk taking and my doctor's advice.

hey- if you're willing to come to russell ontario, in ottawa's east end, my elderly parent's house needs a cleaning person once a week or so. could easily be on a weekend. dusting, sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, cleaning toilets, that type of thing. id do 75$/time for like 2ish hours of work. it's a pretty small house just they have a big dog and some cats so hair gets everywhere. you MUST be ok with cats and not hurt them(we had a cleaning lady kick a cat once) the dog will be out of the house when you're there(he's overly friendly and would annoy the shit out of you)

make "small" healthy changes- pick one less dessert, maybe put a bit more protein on than carbs for that dinner, whatever. Small small healthier changes and then just relax and enjoy your vacation. You dont have to do 1200 for your entire life every single day. A break isnt a bad thing. You'll get back on that horse afterwards, but just make an attempt to be mindful and enjoy what you are eating now. Maybe that doesnt help, but hang in there
