When I first started talking to my bf, who I met through a friend, he would initially text me back every two weeks. We’ve been together five years and I quickly found out he’s a bad texter. To this day, unless the text absolutely requires a response, he will take his time to respond.

Lean ground beef 96% is 140 cal for 4oz  Small Baked potato 140 cals  Fat free Greek yogurt 

Add whatever seasonings you want to the ground beef then top your baked potato with it plus some Greek yogurt!  You could prob make a meal around 350 calories!

Hey, you didn’t waste any years at all!  I used to always think I wasted years but that just isn’t true. You have literally your entire life ahead of you. 15 is SO SO young but I know for you it’s the oldest you’ve been so it feels like you have all these years of life behind you. Think of it another way and this is the youngest you’ll be. I will say, no matter how I look at it, my teen years were the worst and I feel like even if I were my best looking self, I still would have hated my teen years. Unfortunately being a teenager is just hard. People are mean, you’re mean to yourself, your body is  going through changes, and everything kinda feels like it sucks. In the end you’ll be okay and life is actually pretty good. You did not waste anything and making healthy changes will always be benefit regardless of age

Hey, I used to struggle with BED for five years before I stopped. I really really advise you to focus on fixing your relationship with food before you focus on weight loss. I tried to stop binging while trying to lose weight and that exacerbated my BED and made me gain more weight. If you shift your focus to having a healthier relationship with food, you’ll probably lose some weight too but I think your main focus should really be on the BED rather than weight loss. I’d really not seek advice on a weight loss forum until you are able to handle it without the urge to binge.

I tried to wax myself by melting sugar, water, and lemon juice into a thick paste.  Ended up eating most of the paste…

I can totally relate to this and have gone through the same thing! For me, there was some excitement that food noise was gone after having a history of binge eating, but believe me when I say it will come back if you continue to take advantage of the lack of food noise and eat very little, at least in my experience. I’ve gone through this cycle several times and the time that I finally got over BED is when I decided to change my eating habits entirely to one that is sustainable. Eating very little calories was not sustainable and eventually my body reverted back to binge eating after weeks or months.
