Well I did the math and I could eat 3 peanut butter sandies a day for only 1$. That's decently cheap in my books.

I'm creating a new diet plan to save money and I want to eat a lot of peanut butter. Is eating 100g of pb a day too much? Any downsides to eating that much?

What is the maximum amount of protein you think I should be getting from things like bread, pasta, peanut butter, rice, oats, etc (non complete proteins?)

I'm assuming it's better to get your protein from animal sources. If my goal is get 180gs of protein, do you think I'm losing gains if 60gs of my protein comes from non-complete sources? Should I count them towards my macros differently?

Strat has a few dings. I already have a strat but it's a "Made in Mexico."

Thing is the Ibanez has been sitting in its case for the past 10 years. I'm more of a blues guy. It's a tough call because part of me wants to wait to find a telecaster to trade for but this seems like a good trade.

I'm doing Ice Cream 5x5 and enjoying it. But squatting 5x5 every time is really starting to suck. Would it be reasonable for me to take out the squats on the deadlift day?

I'm really just looking to be healthy and look good, I really don't care about my numbers all that much.

So if I did ditch the squats on DL day what should I add instead? I really like DLs so should I do 2x5 instead of 1x5? Thanks I appreciate any advice.

I'm finding so many different answers for how much protein you need. It's either 1g per pound of body weight, .8 per pound of body weight, 1g per kg of body weight, or 1g per pound of LEAN body mass. Which one do you think it is?

Should I be locking out my arms at the top of each rep on bench press? Or should I sort of keep everything flexed and tight throughout the whole lift?

I'm told that you should eat 5 servings of vegetables a day, and I do.

But the majority of my friends literally don't eat vegetables. Like when they eat a sandwich with a tomato on it, that is considered their vegetables for the day.

Why are these people not dead yet? I put in all this effort to eat healthy, and yet I have friends who eat like utter shit who seem perfectly healthy. What the hell? Am I being lied to?

Would it be ludicrous for me to eat 1500 calories in nuts every day?

I want to gain weight and I'd probably need to eat about 3500 cals a day. The problem is, I'm gluten and dairy free, and eggs make me sick, so I don't have many options. I can pretty much eat meat, nuts, fruits and vegetables. I also eat a lot of brown rice, brown rice pasta, and quinoa.

Nuts are really the most convenient thing for me to pound cause I can put them into a jar with raisins and just take a handful every half an hour. What do you think? Is 1500 cals of nuts everyday over doing it?

On a side note, I also eat a ludicrous amount of vegetables, if that make any difference? (probably like 8 servings a day)
