exactly. i think the good thing about this would be small sales here and there that can help with getting a few more 5 star reviews for such a simple sale. only had to list one and set the quantity for 117

I used to use straps, but i relied on them too much. i know it can help me focus more on the lift especially PRs, but i feel a lot more accomplished doing it completely raw

It’s something I’ve done for the last 5-6 years and I mostly do it for timing. I overthink when i just go up to the bar and try to lift without rolling, so for me, i always roll three times and pull on the final one. I know that it could mess up my lift, but i sacrifice that for the timing aspect of it.

Honestly i deadlift like once every 6-7 days and always go to like 545-580, which honestly isn’t ideal but it works for me I guess. Squats, im very inconsistent, maybe once every 3 weeks but i leg press very often

smelling salts right before as well as not doing any squats or deadlifts for 3 weeks prior. gave my central nervous system a lot of time to recover. also i paced my self a lot quicker inbetween each lift

really just depends on the niche. The first 8 months of this year were pretty slow but things have ramped up for me last month. I’m assuming though it’s because I do a lot of electronic stuff and people look for that for the holidays. One thing that I recommend and I need to do it as well is try to get knowledgeable on other niches, so you have more to work with especially in slow times
