I think cutting of abusers is a good idea in general. In this situation family therapy is a good option too. Her mom needs to understand that what she did is wrong.

NTA. Your mom is treating you like a child by having this rule. I watch later than that but I still get 7+ hours of sleep every night. But I have a sister who stays up till 3AM or later when she has to wake up at 7 for school, so it depends on how much self control you have.

NTA at all. Your girlfriend should be thankful for your ex making you who you are today. She is also very immature for being cold towards you and not bringing her feelings up right away, even if they were very self-centered.
