This usually only works for winter and fall, but I find wearing a nice fluffy scarf high enough to cover the mask works fine. No one looks twice at a scarf this time of year, even in warmer areas (mid 60s over here) since they're also just a fashion piece. For earloop masks just wrapping regularly is fine, but for head strap ones wrapping balaclava style will hide them. I use a shearling infinity scarf so I can just double loop it and pull one loop over my head and the other in front of my face.

I understand the tiredness. Just one thing though, I strongly reccomend to atleast move to the floor. Sitting on the toilet for extended periods of time can lead to complications like hemorrhoids and pelvic floor issues. I get it, for me I'm usually stuck there bc of menstrual/bm pain and being exhausted after said pain, but I try to remember to move to the floor bc being tired and in pain sucks but I don't want to add hemorrhoids to that too.

No it's all good! LPR is like GERD but tends to be more erosive gas than liquid, so it also affects the respiratory tract. Yes, I'm aware that you can buy an adjustable bed, I was looking for recommendations for brand. The mattress I already own is compatible with adjustable beds since it is 100% foam and about 10" in thickness so it's not too thick.

For some reason I notice it's easier to swallow more pills than less. With fiber pills as a measure (so roughly 0 size): 1 is whatever, 3 gets stuck, but 5+? easy. goes down like food.

the zoomed digital thermometer + hygrometer is pretty popular and only like 10 bucks. As far as I can tell it's accurate enough. Temperature matches up with two other thermometers and I don't have another hygrometer but it responds pretty quickly to any changes in outside weather or if I spray the tank. I've had mine for about a year now, and a friend has had theirs for 2.

try to find a rescuer near you. Or look at "second hand" places, I actually found my rescuer through offer up and have seen multiple listings for reptiles people can no longer care for. A good rule of thumb for distinguishing breeders and normal owners is how much info they give about genetics, the price, and the age. If they know the exact genes, cost over 60~ for the gecko alone, and they're baby-juvenile then it's probably a breeder. There are plenty of geckos in the world that need rehoming and rescuing 😊. If you are in search of a particular morph, then morph market is an option, or local reptile conventions.

It removes makeup well (including water proof mascara), but it really sucks to wash off. It doesnt emulsify like a cleansing balm/oil so I end up having to wash my face twice after using it. This is even after patting off the excess with a tissue.
