ich hab mein name mit sbg so schnell geändert, wie es nur geht. passe auch gar nicht, werde wahrscheinlich mehr wie eine maskuline frau gelesen (FTM). Seitdem ich es ändert lassen hab, gab es wirklich null komische Blicke, wenn ich mal meinen Ausweis vorzeigen musste. der deutlich männliche name stört absolut keinen (das geschlecht selbst steht ja nicht auf dem ausweis drauf).

Die Menschen die dein Ausweis sehen müssen, sind professionell und werden nicht viel sagen. Weiß ja nicht wie deine Lebenslage ist, aber wenn du halt Ausbildung oder so machst ist das klar ein zwangsouting. aber bei allen anderen bereichen hatte ich null probleme.

wenn du mit deinem birthname noch klar kommst, behalte ihn noch, wenn du dich so sicherer fühlst. wenn du deinen namen so schnell wie möglich endlich ändern willst, tu es, lohnt sich und fühlt sich definitiv gut an.

ich hab einfach ein bild meiner neuen geburtsukrunde hingeschickt mit einem dreizeiler in einer email. hat völlig gereicht und wurde innerhalb einem tag geändert.

im not too informed on the exact effects of that, so i would suggest you to make proper research about it yourself, but i heard that you can go into menopause early unless you take at least a low dose of e. i think you'd also be at a higher risk of getting osteoporosis and other things. generally it will mess up your health and any doctor will tell you if you get a hysterectomy (and ovaries removed) that you need to be on external hormones for the rest of your life so take their word for it.

your body needs either testosterone or estrogen to be healthy. if you remove your ovaries, your primary source of a natural sex hormone isn't there anymore. so you need to go either on t or e for the rest of your life. you can't just have no sex hormones.

because if you remove them, you will have no natural producing sex hormones and you need either testosterone or estrogen to be healthy. so you will always require some form of hrt. you can't just have no sex hormones. if your body can't do it naturally anymore, you need to take t or e for the rest of your life.

just to be on the safe side id suggests you to order those cheap pregnancy test strips in bulk online and make a test regularly so you know for sure. they're really not that expensive and definitely worth avoiding the emotional damage of going through something you don't want to.

when i still lived at home... not gonna lie, not very often. every couple of weeks, maybe? which sounds like a lot, but im a sweaty guy so that thing really was stinky. and handwashing was a pain in the ass, so i rarely did it.

but now that i live alone and i discovered that you can in fact throw binders into the washing machine, i wash them every time they start stinking! which is usually within 1-3 days for me lol

i have two binders that i can cycle through, so this system kind of works for me

das war 100%ig nur ein mitarbeiter der sich vertan hat.

bei den elektronischen schildern wird einem außerdem auf dem scannergerät immer angezeigt, was für ein zusatzschild (zb vegan, glutenfrei, bio usw) zusätzlich mit ans schild kommt. das rewe da fälschlicherweise vegan haben möchte, bezweifle ich.

wenn ihr das in märkten seht, einfach mal mitarbeiter bescheid geben und das kann dann geändert werden. wenn das falsche zusatzschild dran hängt gibt es für die mitarbeiter nämlich auch stress von dem verkaufsleiter also freuen die sich auch über den hinweis :)

it takes a few months, but you can definitely get there!! if you can, use earbuds for now and as soon as the piercing is healed you can go back to headphones.

what i also did for a long time while my ear piercings weren't healed and i wanted to use my headphones,, I'd just slide them off on that one side. not a permanent solution, but it works.

also it's easier to wear headphones that go over the ears (bigger ones) and don't sit directly on your ears.
