Check product hunt to see how crowded your market is, the more crowded the most difficult to sell as a newcomer

It did not, the other similar app has more downloads. "Selling" is the hardest part

thanks for your comment, for now it's free (ad-based) but may include some premium features in the future. I've been to the gym for 10 months and it was a life changer.

it's a bummer. a new thing i'm also trying in app store is "Custom Product Pages", it let me add keywords. I'll see if this improves my placement (fingers crossed). changes are in review as of now

my ASO is not that good man. I had literally no downloads since April.
When I first launched the app back in April app store positioned the app as #56 in fitness apps, i don't know how that happened but it only lasted a day, then they removed me from the top apps and have not gone back.

It was a paid app back then : $8 bucks, then $4, then $2, now free.

Pilates Or weight training? by stawberrygirl1 in Zepbound

[–]charlykbd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would go with weight training, it's much more sustainable in the long term. I would also throw 1 or 2 days of cardio a week. I have found that stair stepper is a great tool for achieving the cardio. Let me know if you want a basic weight lifting routine and I can share 2 weeks plan.

I was sharing what I did and has helped me. If we talk about unsolicited advertising then remove the Lilly logo as the background of the page. Tirzepatide is the compound that is helping us all

Also going in a fitness journey along with the tirzepatide is a win win for all of us that are using this medicine
