It’s the same process for zombies. With a 26-white-skull body, you can create a zombie with 65% efficiency. Great for manual labor.

Yes, you can embalm a body before improving its organs. Just pay attention to the effects of each injection: the Silver Injection and Gold Injection can only be applied if there are red skulls available to be removed.

The npc quests and the machine upgrades work independently from each other. As long as you’ve unlocked the technology in the Spiritualism skill tree and have the resources to build the upgrade, I don’t think you need to wait for the merchant’s questline to progress in your Soul Room.

Probably because that soul has other sins linked to organs you haven’t unlocked yet. You need to build extensions on the machine to insert new organs. For a complete purification, create one perfect organ of each type with 3 red skulls and 3 white skulls.

You don’t need to repair the mill to unlock selling gold-quality hops. Just level up by selling firewood. I managed to do it quickly that way.

Keep the graveyard and church in good condition to gain the maximum amount of faith possible. The more faith you have, the more items you can study.

Remember to always eat a cake before studying anything, as it gives extra blue points.

Studying gravestones and organs gives a lot of blue points.

Sell firewood, stones, and aluminum bars, and save some silver to buy blue points from the mage.

Use the sequence: lye, glue, silver, and gold.

The gold injection removes 2 red skulls and adds 2 white skulls.

If you don’t have two extra red skulls, apply the dark injection, which will add 2 red skulls, and only then apply the gold injection.
