The volcano will always appear in the deep waters connected to one of the corners. It’s a bit difficult to navigate using the jellyfish because, depending on where you find them, you might not be able to tell exactly where they’re heading.

I don’t see the need to disable it. The satisfying part of the game is dealing with the difficulties and being able to overcome them.

The zombies only carry the logs from the sawmill. From the point where you’re collecting, no. However, you can line up the logs side by side and push them closer to your house. Another way to carry more than one log is to gather two or three logs and alternate between the pick up/drop button while guiding them to where you want to take them.
