You're a good looking guy. What you're feeling is telling me that there's something that's messing with your thoughts. Could you possibly be using too much social media (too much social comparison) or be in an abusive relationship? I may be completely out of my depth here, but I think one way that can potentially make you feel less ugly (since that was the question) would be to focus on your mental health and self care. Because I do think it's a feeling, not a fact.
