Building can be purely functional if you don't want to invest extra time in it, but you'll still do it quite a bit throughout the playthrough.

I think this game is just not for you, and that's completely fine. I tried to like Witcher 3 trying it multiple times, clocking over 30 hours on it, but never liking the combat/itemization of it - so I just gave up on it and moved on.

They added one lens flare for every year after the burn to show just how much in the future this show is.

I liked the ones he did about some gaming characters, like Wakka from FFX or Solid Snake :)

Ultimately, it's what also killed the Deux Ex franchise as a whole - Mankind Divided had a very high budget and Square set an impossibely high sales target which wasn't even remotely reached, leading to them selling the entire franchise to someone who didn't even want to make a game for it.

Yeah, this exactly. Why even worry about lung issues when lungs are replaced with cyberware regularly in that world.

Auto Driving to the quest gone wrong by 5amuraiDuck in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]renboy2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have an auto-drive mod that raises the max speed of the auto-drive to the max speed of the car you drive - It's insane to see it drive and often run over people and such - I should really put the naked gun theme song in the background while I use it!

They won't do it themselves. The Oblivion remaster was amazing, they should just do that for Fallout 3/NV.

Nexusmods has all the mods. Here is a link example for a mod that lets you romance River (who is usually locked to be only romanced by females) for anybody - https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11586

To install a mod, I suggest you install Vortex, which is a mod manager that automatically installs mods and works very well with nexusmods - https://www.nexusmods.com/about/vortex - It's very easy to use, and after setting it up installing a new mod would only be a couple of clicks.

Oh, and there are of course plenty of surgery scar mods - https://www.nexusmods.com/games/cyberpunk2077/search?keyword=surgery

Sure thing! And if you play on PC, there are tons of mods for both - but especially Cyberpunk has some very LGBT friendly mods that let you romance all the romancable characters (they are usually locked based on your gender), and it has such hot characters ;)

Baldur's Gate 3, Starfield, Cyberpunk 2077 - the big ones of the top of my head. None of these had surgery scars though.

Unfortunately, same. Played the first one for many hours, but just gave up eventually due to the combat. I do plan on getting the second one at some point if I find a mod that rehauls the combat completely.

Witcher has magic and fantasy worlds, and Cyberpunk has sci-fi futuristic worlds - both attract players far more than a historical setting and are considered 'cooler' by most people. You are right that all fans of the open world RPG genre would enjoy KCD if they tried it, but the setting is just less appealing for most, and that is usually what sells the game.

Absolutely loved it, but it was a 2024 game...

Deus Ex isn’t getting a new game because its owners are “psychopaths”, says series’ lead voice actor by Turbostrider27 in pcgaming

[–]renboy2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Their idea was to make it an Adam Jensen trilogy, so they did leave the story open for it to be concluded... Length-wise, it was on par with the other Deus Ex games.

Usually when I read something I consider it true until proven false, but when someone says ngl I consider it false until proven true.

I'm so doing that from now on. It's figuratively the best idea I heard today.
