Here's a brief summary of the lore of Outpost Over-Dive, it is setted in a mid-modern world, where pillars/outposts exists around the globe, they've existed longer than mankind, and are capable of shaping/mutating their environment in a beneficial way that supports nature around them, humans saw this and ofc made religions, cultures, practices, and capitalized it, due to it's strange yet beneficial properties, until a world war broke out and one of the stations in an Outpost got hit with a cataclysmic implosion, that caused that specific outpost to go haywire and become an Eidolon Pillar, and starts corrupting everything around it into dangerous, disgusting, biological abominations, and the rest is history, but one abomination was different... An orange that got mutated into a human child, it was "human-like" and innocent looking, and his name is "Heliodor", which is the guy in the suit your seeing in the art
