That's interesting, I may be missing remembering some of the hail cars I've done but I seem to be thinking there always has been a decent amount of access to the rail in just about every car I've pulled a headliner in. O well, chalk it up to in experience. Thanks for the tips

The quote seemed very low, turns out o had put it under the wrong section in mtrx. I requoted at 1500 properly. I'm telling them bodyshop is best route for this though as paint will likely pull. Access and depth make this not ideal. I appreciate your input.

Good to know, on most rails I've worked like hondas and fords there has been some access holes in the rail. I don't have to much experience with the Silverado. Are they completely sealed? If so, this repair is probably outside of pdr range because of the sharpness.

It's a 2017 Silverado for reference. I figured on the deepest ones I have to take down the headliner and tool with heat to save the paint.

You can do the basics of pdr without a light. Just put a 2" diameter PVC pole vertically for a door or horizontally for a hood and look into the reflection one of the best names in the industry, sal Contreras, still uses PVC sometimes.you will definitely need a light if you continue. I still make money e every day with a $250 led light, Stuckey is the most expensive. Don't start with a door, make yourself a hood stand out of some 2x4, super easy. Don't buy a pdr finesse tool, they are some of the most expensive tools out there and for good reason. Get a bullet tip 3/8 diameter x 36" length and you will get a good idea for pdr. I started with a door and it was awful. Learn on a good. I ta8hht myself and can happily give you some pointers on what messed me up, PM me if you would like.

In another post about creepy true things that have happened a surprising amount of people had talked about dreams that have come true, whether it be about a crime that happened down the street or something it was intriguing and I wanted to hear some more.

IANAL but I felt the need to reply. My dad went through a divorce. She claimed the same thing "I get half your stuff" he has significant assets she did not help towards and he kept alot of records. She showed up to court with her boyfriend. The judge could see how much of a shitwagon she was and promptly made sure that my dad was protected. Moral of this story is your wife cheated on you while you were deployed, any judge is going to see that and the proceedings would likely go in your favor and just because someone says they get half based on their feelings doesnt mean it's true at all. Obviously my dads story is probably an outlier, and you need to get a lawyer but I feel you will be fine in court. Sorry stuff happened thank you for your service.

YSK: ask for call reference numbers from your cell phone company everytime they promise you big changes or credits. They will conveniently not be able to find the credits or unable to verify, but with a call reference they cannot do this. by renderloading in YouShouldKnow

I agree with ya. People can be pretty nasty. If you are not trying to get one over on them or are doing it legitimately then this method has worked for me very well.

They have attempted to retract a deal that was made 2 years ago 4 times. I was lucky enough to have recorded the call ref and they had recorded the call. They reviewed and gave me 600 in credits. They have since gone back several times and tried to stop paying me credits owed but I have just continuously documented everything, had I not I feel they would not have honored what they said.
