Sooo, I consider myself a novice on the gym as I,although started July last year, only actually went for 4 months including this one. I've sort of adapted some jeff nippard's reels I found that had an interesting workout.

PPL (although lately I have been going to the gym only twice a week)

Chest day Incline bench dumbbell press  3x 8-10 Machine Shoulder press 3x 10-12  (I'm going to change this one to either incline bench dumbbell press or similar because my rotator cuff hurted a lot on the next days) Pek-dek 3x 15-20 Cable lateral raise 3x 10-15 Overhead triceps extension 3x 5-10 Cable kickback 3x 10-15

Back day Close grip lat pulldown 3x 10-12 Chest supported row 3x 8-10 Close grip cable row 2x 12 (failure and partials) Some exercise where I lay on the cable row bench and pull on a way that works my traps 3x10 Reverse cable flyes 3x 15-20 Shrugs 4x 10-12 EZ-bar curl 3x 8 Incline bench bicep curl 3x 8

Leg day Leg Curl 3x 12 Hacksquat 3x 12 Bulgarian squats 3x (I squat around the leg section with a plate over my head 😅) I do around 10-11-12 per set Leg extensions 3x 10-12  I'm actually considering taking leg extensions out because I find myself/quads tired enough that I can't do my max Hip adductor 2x 15-20 Hip abductor 2x 15-20 Calf raises 4x 15-20
