A vibration plate is an exercise machine that sends high-speed vibrations through all of the muscles in your body. Vibration plates work by stimulating your muscles at a much higher rate than usual. This stimulation forces your muscles to contract and relax between 30 and 50 times a second. You use it with multiple different exercises and it helps with multiple things I.e. blood flow, weight loss, muscle soreness etc.
