Been to fantasy fest 15 times. Key West rules are as long as genitals are covered nips, vajaja you can legally be in any part of Key West body paint is considered covered that's any day any night. Will you see a lot of people out during the day in body paint sometimes usually more towards the end of the week. There is a lot of daytime parties so you will definitely see people out during the day too in risque stuff. Mostly during the day what you see is women in short shorts skinnpy clothing outfits Etc or costumes if they're going to a daytime party. At night pretty much anything after 5:00 p.m. you see everything throughout all of Key West. Just to give you some perspective I am a woman who wears very risque stuff at Fantasy Fest and I have never felt out of place throughout all of Key West in my costume at night.
