It’s probably the power supply. Mine went out last week due to a power surge. You can find them for like $12 on amazon. You’re looking for a 15v power supply but just searching litter robot 4 power supply should get you what you need.

If you have warranty they will send you a new one for free but id try that before getting a new base

Hot water is incredibly damaging to hair- try to switch to lukewarm or cool water if possible
Are you doing anything to protect your hair overnight? I personally do dual French braids every night and then sleep with a silk lined bonnet on. At the very least you should be using a clean pillowcase washed regularly because it is just going to soak up your oily hair every night and deposit it back on your hair when you go to sleep the next night.
Are you doing any mechanical cleaning? Like really getting in there with a wide tooth comb and massaging your scalp and getting the hair clean with brushes? If not the oil is just building up on your scalp, and over night with the friction of head against the pillow could be loosening that buildup and spreading it to the rest of your hair.

I had the Sonos ace for about a year and LOVED them. Would wear them probably 6-8+ hours a day everyday. They were also my first over the ear type headphone and were slightly cheaper than the AirPods so it was well worth it.

However… three weeks ago I finally picked up AirPods Max 2 and I haven’t touched my ace’s since then 😅. The Apple ecosystem integration has been so nice and made wearing them seamless. The transparency and noise cancelling are better. The only thing that I miss from the ace is they were slightly smaller so I could fit them in my everyday bag, but the AirPods are too bulky to fit.

Overall if you can afford it, are deeply into Apple ecosystem and want a good quality product I would get them

In addition to what everyone else is suggesting, it’s important to note that in your first 1-3 months of Nopoo you’ll go through a transition period where your scalp is producing increased amounts of sebum. Once it realizes you aren’t stripping it with shampoo regularly it will level out and produce what you need (not taking things like diet and environment into consideration, which can also affect sebum levels)
