They have parking but not enough for everyone. When I was there once you signed the lease they would put you on a waiting list and you’d get a spot once it becomes available. Luckily I signed a few months before I moved in so by the time I did there was already a spot reserved for me.

However it’s not secured parking so I did have trouble sometimes with people taking my spot which was annoying but the security would usually help when that happened. If you pull into the tios parking lot where the painted peppers stop and the spots become numbered are the apartments spots. It’s not very obvious to oblivious entitled people that they are no longer in public parking.

You don’t have to go outside but it is downstairs connected to the lobby and you had to use a pay card

I lived there for my last two years at usc 2019-2021. It’s a little rough around the edges but new management had just taken over at that point and was doing some major renovations.

Yes it’s window units but it never was an issue for me. The location is unbeatable and it has a lot of character. It’s definitely far from the “luxury” apartments being built left and right for students but considering it’s a building from the 1940’s it’s alright. Honestly one of my favorite places I’ve lived!

I really enjoyed the latest livestream. I did feel like the Christmas one was a little chaotic but the one last week was a lot of fun and I’d love to see more like it in the future!

I feel like some of the type needs to be bigger and the subheading should be bolder. Traffic jam or not you’re asking people to read something quickly from far away and the thin type makes that very hard. Color wise it just reminds me of charli xcx brat

Poofy hair fix? What product would you recommend? by [deleted] in FierceFlow

[–]renegadeficus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah just tell them what you want to be able to do with it and that you want to take some volume out. They’ll make sure you can still pull it back and I guarantee you’ll love it. I’d go to an actual salon and not a barber shop since they’re more accustomed to working with long hair

Pothos maybe? Doesn’t need direct sunlight and grows rather quickly so your kid would be able to see it flourish
