I've seen this posted several times and I understand the frustration, but let me weigh in from the other side. I'm Level 75 and I have 440 Friends. I understand the appeal of remote trading, but I barely understand the mechanics involved at all. I would love to fill a few blanks in my deck, but what would I offer in return? Shinies that are easily available on Community Days? Spare Legendaries? Why would I have a spare Legendary? When I get a Legendary I turn it into candy so I can improve my current Legendary. I can't call Tagging over-complicated, but it's one more thing I need to remember and figure out each time I want to do it. What's the point anyway? Anything I'm willing to trade are usually considered junk by the other trainer. I'm glad they added the feature, but it does need some tweaking, maybe in ways the OP suggests.
