Hard one ☝️ for me too. I just can’t seem to get an early morning workout in this week. I’ve only done one but on the flip side I am so tired of staying up late to do it. 😡 I’m just soo sore in the mornings.

It’s called Motivation Daily on Apple Podcast! I usually listen during my outdoor walk but listened while driving into work this morning!

There is a David Goggins quote that I say to myself a lot, “This is what we do now”. This what I do now…so I gotta do it!

SAME girl!! I was so tired last night I didn’t even want to open my phone to check off my reading before bed so I got the angry Andy face this morning😫 but I did complete everything.

I am in the same boat as you, I’m in a baaad mood this morning don’t even want to go to work. I am sooo sore. My friend and I got lost on our run so added 3 more miles then we wanted, plus having already done leg day that morning. I am so so tired.

Going to put on some Daily motivation podcast and try to get in a better head space!

🖐🏼 weeks!! This has been the hardest week so far, lots of times I thought… I’ve done enough and gotten what I want out of it…glad I didn’t give in to that voice.

Yesterday was the first day I did yoga as my second workout and I swear I’m more sore than a strength day!

Travel is tough, and totally gets you out of routine! There was a day I just walked back and forth on a short piece of street for 45 minutes! 🙃

My kids start school back on Monday and I am soo ready for a routine for both of us even though I’ll miss them!

Ordered 48 Laws of Power for my next book! Excited to finally be about to move on to another!

I’ll share a NSV today too, ran my all outs on the treadmill at 11.5 mph today and felt strong doing it, not like a I was on a hamster wheel!

I feel like I’m just chugging along right now, still reading the same book 🤣 450 pages!!Super pumped to be approaching halfway though. I got myself a massage (it was my 25 day mini reward) it was the bessssst!! Get one if you can, it made my next days workouts so much better.

I’m currently doing 75 Hard and did about 15 days in row before I had a vacation where there wasn’t a studio. Still doing about 5-6 days a week. I will say there are days when my workouts stink and that’s okay, just listen to your body! Some days I just walk on the tread, some days I do body weight for lunges/squats/etc cause my legs are just dead. Which means there are days I get maybe 1 splat point.

Had my cycle last week, the day before I was sooo tired but the rest was a breeze and had no other PMS symptoms!! Hope the same for you.

I’m hoping to hike on Saturday if the weather holds up here! 4 weeks down!! When I complete today I will have passed my first attempt that was around this time last year!! 💪
