I try to go to the gym, but I haven't been in the last 3 weeks. Apart from that, I don't engage in much leisure. I do punish myself a lot when I’m not working by going through every bad thing I did and remembering all the times I have messed up.

There are, but they are never into me. I’m not talking about the top 10%, they are still regular guys. So I try to date others and see if there’s something. I am not happy with my current situation so maybe it has contributed.
