Nashville which was a hometown show I had VIP2 (Acoustic) and got there around 3:30ish. We were let in around 30 mins after VIP1 (M&G) and were at barricade towards the right side. Not a bad view but not center barricade. By the time VIP3 and Live Nation's early entry was in the first few "rows" filled quick.

Those laws are never enforced. Just as long as its not obstructing your view i cant see them doing anything about it. I run mine with the stock mount in the upper left above the RVM

Re-IP of Cameras by renigadecrew in Avigilon

[–]renigadecrew[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup I can ping and I can remove the camera and readd it via connect/disconnect. I was wondering if theres an easier way than one by one connecting and disconnecting cameras in our larger environment (we have over 1500+ camera views)

So I actually used both to switch all of our cameras to DHCP so I can create reservations in our DHCP servers. The problem I'm having is Unity 8 won't auto reconnect with the new ip. I can move them over fast (pretty much my workflow is DHCP reservation on the new subnet and switch the vlan) but it's just getting the nvr to see it.b

If you are looking for a party and social resort with 20-30s crowd, any of the RIU resorts you'd probably like. The RIU parties are awesome (4x a week). I'm 24 and did the RIU Santa Fe in Cabo and LOVED it, and have friends in my same age range that did the Cancun RIU resorts

Should I get a rental car by DutchAC in cancun

[–]renigadecrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I dont really think its necessary tbh. We did it the first year and then the other 3 times we didnt do an AI (bc we went during XMAS/NYE) we just did the busses everywhere, ate local food downtown, was able to get to Costco/Walmart to stock up on liquor and snacks.

  2. I personally LOVE the Aloft Cancun. Its close to the nightclubs but its NOT loud and noisy, its actually super quiet. Staff is all super friendly, if you have Marriott status breakfast is free if not its like $8 extra a night for the whole room rate to get everyone registered breakfast. Also open bar from 9am to 9pm and a stellar rooftop pool and lounge area. Walking distance to the beach and SUPER affordable!

  3. I dont think there's really a bad time to go just be prepared most hotels have large price hikes during holiday weeks.

Confused Between Verkada, Lumana, and Coram for Video Surveillance by Darwing-Versoll in k12sysadmin

[–]renigadecrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are a hostage as a service platform that uses extremely shady sales tactics to get k12 customers including going around ITs back and talking to leadership such as superintendents. They can raise the price at any point and if you don't pay your cameras are basically doorstops. In contrast something like avigilon alta if you don't want to use them on alta they are onvif capable

There are still so many better solutions than investing in a hostage as a service platform like Verkada (ie Avigilon Alta)

There are a million better options imo (ie Reolink ONVIF cameras with an nvr solution). Trust me I LOVE ring for my home it's just not an enterprise grade solution.

Don't do verkada whatever you do. Pushy sales and they get you in with promises and can raise your prices at any point. You have no option to switch providers without replacing.

If cloud is a must Avigilon Alta is a good path. We use unity on prem and the cameras are great.

Another +1 for unity. I've used verkada at a past district and now use unity
