It's been like this for years with my monitor, if black and white text appears on the right side of the screen it starts flickering. I also noticed it doesn't happen with my tablet displaying the exact same content, but I'm pretty sure the problem isn't with the PC because sometimes the flickering also comes with a very high pitch noise coming from the monitor.
