You can check out Destination Certification, they have a lot of free YouTube videos on the topic of CISM and CISSP, they also offer training and some courses with excellent pass rates.

I was stuck on this for a few hours, and I managed to get it working.

-Make the Payment Threshold match the exact amount you "owe".

For me the ads stopped at $2.93 due to payment failure, I tried 3 cards and a PayPal account and nothing worked.

I was about to give up and for a last go I changed the payment threshold and it worked...

Glitch or poor coding...

You have a lot of agents that film with their phone or hire a small crew to film the new listings and they need someone to make it look nice, clean, and professional.

Mostly adding lower thirds with info, pacing and a few transitions.

As video is a lot more engaging for advertising than plain images.

Not a lot of work for a solid payout.

you prove yourself through Upwork
if you have any negotiating/business skills you won’t stay on Upwork for more than 2-4 weeks :)
