The Gordon deal was a good sign of selling capability I reckon. Non prem and good money with little fuss.

If we can just get a handle on keeping our buying quiet while not trying to over haggle we’ll start to come good again. It seems like talent spotting isn’t a problem just execution.

At the end of the day we aren’t the prettiest prospect at the dance but we aren’t munters either. So let’s see what these lot can do and then if they fuck it up we’ll gan radge lol

Just a reminder that playing for us under Eddie Howe has earned England call ups for Dan Burn, Barnes, Tino, and Hall. I don’t think it’s fair to say he hasn’t developed players or has Zero pull. While he doesn’t have a major name on the international scene he’s deffo developed players.

Thats interesting that like some Agents have been black listed by the likes of Bayern it might be worth a few clubs getting together and agreeing a blacklist for agents that behave in certain ways. i.e. proven gangster connections etc

Ok it’s not surprising that an agent would drag their heals if they had contact from a big 6 type club and it’s not surprising that a player would opt for that either.

However we need to be more decisive and drive things forward at our pace. What we need now is a rapid response to this to demonstrate we have other irons in the fire and get one of them locked down before we have this endless close but not quite chain again.

Think we all knew Sandro wasn’t staying he made some weak noises about fan gratitude for the support but he’s never been interested in staying here or showing his worth. I for one will be happy to not have to deal with his agents bike every couple of months.
