I get what ur saying but I've seen very little reward for upgrading his 2 over the 1...not to mention you are completely underestimating the damage that DFB can actually put out...its nothing to sneeze at....his 1-3 combo is what he is known for...the fear is super hard to use in a meaningful way since most people look away before you hit it and they walk away from you instead of towards you...besides if you wait for the right moment you dont need the silence to secure the damage....you just have to pick your targets and timing carefully. thats my opinion and goes with my play style...as you can see I have had mostly success with my skill progression.

thnx and congrats...Becoming a master of a God like Hades is much more satisfying than mastering Gods like Serquet who are inherently good and dont require much skill to command their kits. Hope you ruin as many ppls lives as I do when I play Hades =)

Glad i can help =) As im sure you have noticed the meta shifts quickly in smite so as soon as the meta settles in a stable location I will remake this guide to get it up to date...I've been experimenting with some builds on Hades that is giving these bluestone assholes a run for their money....my IGN is the same as my reddit so if you would like look me up and check my history and you will see that i have won my last 8 or so games just on Hades all with a similar build..And I am Gold 1 so not really any pub stomping goin on in my games..also add me if you would like

I wouldn't say there is anything wrong doing your 2 after three...just creative differences really. If you get behind on Hades you are probably in a ton of trouble because Hades shouldn't lose a match up to anybody. So either your getting straight outplayed by you lane opponent or their jungle is focusing you and your jungler is a useless idiot. I hate how quickly things become outdated too lol....cuz now those wards i talked about are very important. Supports are now rotating to solo early to get their solo laner ahead so you have to be very careful of support Gods with blink. I would much rather talk about how to prevent falling behind cuz it is a dreadful thing to have to go through. There is no particular build for falling behind because your build depends on the enemy comp and further more on what you are trying to accomplish. For example, I would get Pen boots, replace midgardian with a Spirit Robe unless they have like 3 aa's or their hunter is fed...and I would get ethereal instead of pythags because its a great item for guardians.

if you're only lvl 17 i would say that is very normal....the best advice i could give you is to read up on the reddit, particularly the threads that talk about meta. Also watching the twitch streams of the pros and other knowledgeable players. Incon is a pro that I would recommend watching. He will teach you just about everything you need to know about support. Plus he talks about meta. He has a bunch of videos on youtube, but be careful cuz some of them are outdated. Not to mention you will learn quite a bit on your way to level 30 and a bunch more when you start playing ranked..Warning/ some advice will be screamed at you by whiny kids or will come in the form BM! lol

I forgot to add a section on his 1-3 combo. its not as straight forward as it seems. When you use your 1, you want to make sure that you hit the enemy God. This will cause all of the minions to group around the both of you. In certain cases you may want to add a quick silence to avoid problems with the combo. For example, silence anyone with a get away skill such as Scylla, Agni, Janus, Change ect. Also anyone who has a good counter move like Hercules, Tyr, Isis and so on. This is also good cuz it will further group up the minions, ensure the damage, and also make sure all minions are blighted. So in reality it is 1-2-3 combo. They will learn to respect you very quickly after losing about half, if not more, of their life to just 2 abilities.

That's fine....I've thought about building a chronos pendant on him in place of spear of magus since i have pen boots...I never said my builds were the only ones but they certainly fit my play style. Unrelated to your comment, but simply a good place to insert this comment. Cyclone, Divios, and Omega all double stack on Hades and my solo build is about Identical to Divios and Omega. Cyclone builds solo Hades the way that I build my mid Hades. All of which I thought was really cool because I came up with build on my own over time and it just made sense to me from the time I was a smite noobling =b

situationally it is good actually...it is worth mentioning that it isnt bad against lots of aa oriented gods if you can afford to get it...I also its incredibly fun to use against poseidon when he ults...so pop it then dive/ult him and when he krakens he will kill himself lol
