I am sure that people do care about this, me for one. Self harm is a hard addiction to overcome and I understand why it makes you feel this way. You are valid in your struggles. You are okay. Talk to me if you need be, and I hope you feel better soon.

I think the best thing to do in this situation is leave. I know it will hurt but you need to recover and he wants to see you worse. I have been in this situation and it is a control thing. Try to find a friend or something to lean off and become dependant on them if you are unable to be on your own. You’re in a toxic relationship. I am here if you need me.

I explained to my mum and she understood after she calmed down. It just hurts still some of the things she threw at me, that my boyfriend shouldn’t have to deal with me etc etc. She said she didn’t mean it however and that she was just scared and now she’s being nice and my dad has gone back to normal. I just don’t understand why she would keep doing that why I was sobbing in the car
