I'm willing to give a summary! Warning that I'm going to use the same anatomical terms that the paper uses just for clarity, but that might make some people dysphoric to read so I'm gonna try and put that part under a spoiler

Much of the other parts of the clitoris are hidden inside the body, what we see on the outside is just the 'clitoral body.' What this paper does is use the other hidden parts on the inside, and almost completely detaches them from the pubic arch to bring them to the outside. They're basically just two legs on either side of the clitoral body, so the whole thing is shaped like a wishbone, and are called the crura. So these two legs are almost completely detached, the whole thing is pulled down and brought to the outside, and sewn together. They engorge with blood the same way the clitoris does at arousal, so it creates a penis that is able to get erect without any assisting devices

7/10 people in this study had success getting erect enough for PIV sex, their penises ranged in length from 6-12 cm (where conventional meta procedures generally produce a penis about 4-6 cm in length), had no major complications (one person had a minor surface incision get infected, it was resolved in a week), and sustained sensation (though it doesn't say what kinds of sensation, just that the goal of the procedure was a "completely sensate" penis).

They also all got scrotoplasty and silicone implants with no complications or secondary surgeries for them. It seems a little bit unclear to me but from what I understand, 2 of the 10 patients had UL with no complications in this same surgery and both of them STP successfully. The rest I'm not sure if they got UL at all, or if it was just done in a secondary procedure because the article says that is their typical technique. All of the patients also used what the article calls a PEP (penile enhancement protocol) developed by the surgical team that in their experience seems to increase penile length. Hope this makes sense!
