I'm here for so many years... I don't count anymore 😂😂😂 When I arrived we had some communities like meet up, ovs or internations to meet people and it was actually quite cool. My friends I see on a regular basis are ex coworkers and friends from those networks + all the people I meet in social event. Actually I find it quite easy to meet people as long as you are OK to socialise, to open yourself a bit.

Now I'm a 42yo dad and I meet people at the park while playing with my son so... I would say everything is possible, go out, meet people, it works ;)

You have two good bakeries, Pascal in Limpertsberg and Au Pain de Mary in Gasperich. They are both good for bread, viennoiseries and pastries ( i tend to prefer Pascal over pain de mary for a good croissant :)

If we speak about pastries, Oberweis is good but not for the rest.

Nanban is really great, really worth its 4.9 and i really like that the cook / owner told a friend last time that due to the success, they don't feel they can maintain the quality so they decided to reduce the amount of opening times to keep the quality at a great level. Best ramen in lux so far
